Chatchavej is a partner in the corporate and commercial department having joined Siam Premier in 1999.
Chatchavej has diverse commercial expertise which includes project finance, corporate and commercial matters, foreign investment, property, mergers and acquisitions. Chatchavej also provides regulatory advice.
Chatchavej has worked with Allens Arthur Robinson in its Sydney office on secondment and is experiences in multi-national transactions.
His clients range from large consulting firms to multinationals and also include Thailand’s leading corporations and government agencies.
