Her corporate experience includes advising on the restructure of Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited, the T.N. Group, TelecomAsia Public Company Limited, United Communication Industry (Network) Public Company Limited and Commercial Union Assurance. Choopun has also advised on the conversion from a private to a public company of TelecomAsia Public Company Limited, Lumsoon (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Oriental Hotel, B. Grimm Engineering Systems Public Company Limited and Supalai Corporation Public Company Limited. 

Other experience includes acting for Thai Farmers Bank Public Company Limited in connection with its issuance of a SLPs instrument (Preferred Shares with Subordinated Notes), and her provision of legal advice in shareholders' meetings to major listed companies, including Thai Airways International, Oriental Hotel, Thai Danu Bank and Thai Military Bank.
