Tawee is a partner of our firm and has more than fifteen years experience in advising and representing both local and multinational clients on the legal work in relation to their business and commercial transactions.

Tawee has a diverse commercial expertise which includes taxation, corporate and commercial, labour, investment, property, merger & acquisition, corporate and debt restructuring, rehabilitation, bankruptcy, joint venture, international trade and dispute settlement.

His clients range from large consulting firms and some of the world's largest corporations to large domestic entites.

Apart from his work as a lawyer, Tawee is also a regular special lecturer and speaker for many universities, governmental organizations and private sectors such as Chulalongkorn University, Ramkamhaeng University, Assumption University, Ministry of Finance, the Telephone Organization of Thailand, the Comunication Organization of Thailand, Sofware Park of the Ministry of Sceince and Technology, Thailand Institue of Social and Economic Policy, Asia Business Forum, Institute for Business and Professional Development of Thailand (IBPD).

Tawee graduated from law school at Chulalongkorn University as a Gold Medalist with 1st class honors (by king scholarship). He also holds a Masters Degree in business law from Chulalongkorn University and a further Masters Degree majoring in commercial law from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom (by the British Government, Cambridge Thai Foundation and Cambridge Oversea Trust Scholarships) after coming back from his study in the exchanged program at the University of Victoria, Canada under Chulalongkorn University Scholarship Program.
