Securicor International Valuables Transport

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group
Conducting due diligence relating to a possible acquisition of a significant shareholding in the Thai Military Bank. Although this transaction will not be proceeding, extensive due diligence was required to assess the viability of the acquisition.

Acting for National Finance in the sale of approximately 25% in the asset management company of National Finance to a Type 3 Property Fund established by Morgan Stanley Group.
